Built in aluminum by the Italian shipyard Baglietto and designed by Tommaso Spadolini, M/Y AQUILA was originally delivered in 2004 to fashion designer Roberto Cavalli. This custom motor yacht has undergone major refits in 2020 and again in 2023-2024, bringing her systems and accommodations to current standards. Currently located in Viareggio, Italy, AQUILA is listed at €10,185,427.

AQUILA accommodates up to ten guests in five cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite with walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom, two VIP cabins on the lower deck with walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms, one twin cabin, and one double cabin. The main saloon features full-beam lounge and dining areas, while the upper deck includes a dedicated cinema room. The flybridge provides seating for up to twelve guests for open-air dining, complemented by a bar area. Additional features include a foredeck Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and gym equipment.

Powered by twin 3,700 hp MTU diesel engines paired with Kamewa waterjet propulsion, AQUILA reaches a top speed of 26 knots. At 13.5 knots, fuel consumption is approximately 500 liters per hour. The yacht is equipped with ABT TRAC zero-speed stabilizers for comfort both at anchor and underway. Technical systems include two 80 kW Kohler generators, Mastervolt batteries and chargers, and dual Idromar watermakers. Navigation equipment includes Furuno radar, Timezero chart plotter, and Starlink satellite internet.
