My husband and I met Scott LaCroix when purchasing our boat—he was the listing broker and we were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with him!

They facilitated the necessary paperwork, including the transfer of ownership and any required inspections, making the process hassle-free for both parties. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every step, making me feel reassured and comfortable throughout the entire process.

Although I did not get a chance to meet the seller in person, she and Scott made the boat available to me for a full week prior to the offer, allowing me to inspect every nook, bin, and storage hole on the boat. Scott also arranged for the boat to remain in the club slip until my departure.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the sales transaction for the SUZANNE E. The boat itself far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using Denison Yacht Sales and, moreover, Scott LaCroix to anyone in search of a quality sailboat and a seamless sales process.
