I just thought I would drop you a note to tell you how appreciative we are with our recent boat purchase and sale of a boat through your company. Charlie King found us the boat we were looking for and was able to sell our existing vessel at the same time so we could actually "trade up". Charlie's attention to detail was remarkable. I was thinking today that the service he provided was the best we have ever experienced with any purchase, but it was more than service, it was professionalism.
He cared about every phase of the transaction, from driving 5 hours to be there for the survey to bringing the vessel back 300 miles to helping me find someone to paint the bottom. He handled the insurance and the documentation, and even came back to clean the boat the day following his trip so it would be presentable. He even stopped by the boat yard that was doing the bottom painting to check that things were being done correctly. That was well after the sale was made and closed. He even took the boat back to our home when the painting was done. Charlie's expertise and friendship will never be forgotten.
Your company has found it's most satisfied customer.
I really don't know where to start, but doing business with you has been a pleasure. Absolutely first class throughout the whole process. I will be doing all my future yachts with you. I have dealt with a lot of companies but never as good as you. Thanks again for your excellent service and looking forward to future dealings. I also passed on your contact to all my friends here in the Middle East.
Denison Yacht Sales was referred to me by a trusted professional. When I spoke with Brian for the first time I was comfortable that he knew the Sea Ray market and understood my need to sell my vessel quickly. That's exactly what Brian did. This land lover feels fortunate that our paths have crossed. Thank you!
This has been too long in coming but Jules and I wanted to share our thoughts on Wiley.
He is the best, even though he was dealing with a couple amateurs he was professional and always going out of his way to help us in our journey that started over 25 years ago.
In most instances he was more informed about a particular boat than the listing broker.
We had made a couple of offers on boats that got counter offers, Wiley's advise was always not to counter as he was sure we were priced right.
Are we glad we listened, one of the first boats we spotted in the listings was RagTime. After about 3 months of looking and a couple of offers we made the trek to Jacksonville from Naples to look at a couple of other boats and RagTime. Just to back peddle a bit when we first started looking we thought RagTime was out of our price range.
As luck would have it we were wrong. After we spent a few hours with Rags listing broker it became very clear that Rags was in the running, of course this prompted an immediate call to Wiley on a Sunday which he answered to two people as giddy as school girls on the other end.
Now here is where Wiley shows his worth. The next day he drove 5 hours, one way, to look at Rags. By the time he called that afternoon he was as giddy as we were.
The rest is history as they say, RagTime passed sea trials with flying colors and we were closed in less than 30 days without one problem.
This just would not have happened without Wiley. Not sure we can ever thank him enough.
