I would like to give you some feedback on two of the most pleasant and hard-working individuals that I had the pleasure to work with.
I’m sure you have heard this many times and I am not telling you anything that you already do not know however, it is important to pass on kudos when one receives excellent customer service.
My yacht broker, Jeff Erdmann goes above and beyond in his communication and follow through to include getting his hands dirty. My only regret was not having Jeff as my primary yacht broker when I first listed “Koukla” over a year ago. Jeff epitomizes outstanding customer service.
Matthew Morrison has been an amazing asset as well going above and beyond throughout the last 15 months, always being there for me as I traveled around the world.
Jeff and Matthew are truly amazing assets for the Denison brand.
I’d like to take the opportunity to state how happy I am to have purchase a Sealine T46 Flybridge Motoryacht from your organization. This is my ‘dream’ boat, however none of this would have happened without the tireless work and expertise of my yacht broker, Mike McNiece. Mike has gone above and beyond to make this deal successful for myself and the yacht owner. I will be forever in his debt and look forward to working with him in the future.
Dear Mr. Denison,
I am writing to share my extremely positive experience with your company and your representative Brian Nobles. The purchase of my 2015 Sea Ray 650 Fly was a significant financial purchase and my first boat purchase in nearly 20 years. It was also my first used purchase and my first outside my home state of New York. To say I wanted to proceed cautiously would be an understatement.
Brian sensed the conditions and did a masterful job of organizing all the appropriate due diligence and researched the market to ensure we were buying the boat at the right price. We closed at a price that Brian stated early on was going to be the approximate value. He knew the comparable transactions in the market, and he knew the inventory that was moving through the marketplace. In short, he was a valuable asset to me, and I could not have completed the transaction without his professional guidance.
Even after the close, Brian is still following up on post close items like prop reports, tender mounts and continues to communicate with my Captain and MarineMax on a hull warranty issue with Sea Ray. As I am sure you are aware, this type of behavior is rare post close.
As a small business owner for 35 years, I have always found it important to inform other business owners when their investment in their employees comes back to them in multiples. Its clear that you treat Brian with the respect and support that he deserves. The result is that he is a fantastic reflection of the wonderful business you and your family have built. I wanted to drop you a quick note as a very happy and satisfied customer of Denison Yacht Sales, more specifically as a customer and now a friend of our yacht broker, Peter Quintal.
My wife Amy and I met Peter a few years ago when we were having a case of “10 foot-itis”. We were in Florida visiting (we live on Long Island) and on a whim we contacted Denison Yachting to go look at a Hatteras 60 MY. That is when we met Peter (a fellow Long Islander).
Since then he sold our 2016 50 Tiara Flybridge and helped us purchase a 2018 60’ Hatteras MY. We closed on the purchase last week.
I was comfortable and confident every step of the way with Peter on both transactions. He is truly an expert and not a hard sell. He followed through on everything he said he would do and exceeded my expectations with that follow through. Sometimes sales people tell a customer what they want to hear. Not Peter. He guided us with facts and expertise.
I am now over a week past my purchase and he’s continuing to work with us in making arrangements for some work to be done and temporary docking needs. Going above and beyond.
