Thank you for your efforts in selling our Tug in February 2016.  Your outstanding pictures and advice on how to prepare really helped.  Attending the sea trial and survey was helpful as well.  From listing to sale only took 21 days and fit our schedule perfectly.

We also appreciate the way you supported the negotiation between us and the buyer, it went very well and both parties felt good about the transaction.  We would also like to thank you for the ability for us to electronically sign contracts while on the hook at an island in Florida.

Last but not least, your support staff made the closing very easy even though we did not have all of our paperwork in order.  Everything was accomplished on line and on the phone, we did not have to travel to accomplish the closing.
