Three Tony Castro New Construction Projects Available Through Denison

Three new construction opportunities are currently available through Denison Yachting, all developed in collaboration with the Tony Castro Design Team. PERENNIAL, GEMINI, and POLARIS approach life on the water from three different directions: a 60-meter steel-hulled world cruiser, a 39-meter power catamaran, and a 39-meter sailing catamaran. All three are listed for 2028 delivery, and all three still have meaningful decisions left for the future owner to make.

PERENNIAL: 196' / 60m Custom

PERENNIAL takes her name from a combination of the Latin word for "timeless" and a group of long-lasting flowers. Her exterior is built around soft flowing lines that hug a large volume, with a steel hull, a 36'2" beam, and a 9'6" maximum draft.

Her standout feature sits aft. A large asymmetric pool is flanked on two sides by sofas and a breakfast bar, watched over by a raised pavilion set up for dining or lounging. At the flick of a switch, crew can extend a slatted pergola from the tween deck to shade the full terrace. Below the terrace, the lower deck houses the beach club, aft boarding, and fold-down platforms for water access.

The bridge deck above is offered to the owner as a full owner's deck, positioned away from crew activity and daily operations, with his and hers ensuites, a panoramic view from the primary cabin, a private veranda, and a dedicated office and lounge aft. Elsewhere she carries a gym and spa on the main deck, two forward VIP cabins with balcony access, a family cabin with pullman berths, a lower-deck cinema, and a tender bay sized for a 9-meter limo tender and a 7-meter RIB. Guest accommodation runs between 12 and 16 depending on configuration, with crew for up to 16 plus captain. Her machinery space has been calculated around a hybrid setup, should the owner choose it

Her interior hasn't been designed beyond 2D plan level, which leaves the entire interior brief open. Pricing depends on the shipyard: EUR 120,000,000 at a Northern European top-pedigree yard, EUR 90,000,000 in Italy, or EUR 80,000,000 in Turkey.

GEMINI: 128' / 39m Power Catamaran

GEMINI applies multihull proportions to a luxury cruising brief. Her 11.8-meter beam and 495 GT volume give her the interior and deck space of a considerably larger yacht while keeping the efficiency and shallow 6'6" draft that come with a catamaran platform. She's built in GRP and powered by twin Caterpillar engines.

Four ensuite guest cabins sit below deck, with the forward VIP featuring a private balcony and ocean-facing sofas. The main saloon combines a lounge, bar, and formal dining area separated by a rotating TV. Aft, an outdoor lounge opens onto sunbeds with rotating headrests and a bar positioned beside openable side balconies, so guests seated at the counter still get an unobstructed view.

The entire upper deck belongs to the owner. The suite faces aft with sofas, a working area, and separate his and hers bathrooms, opening onto a private terrace with a Jacuzzi, daybed, and outdoor cinema. Forward on the same deck, a lounge area centers on another Jacuzzi and a large outdoor TV. The sky deck above adds panoramic views, sunbeds, alfresco dining, a further Jacuzzi, and a helm station.

Tender and toy storage is handled without breaking her profile: two jet skis tuck into the aft section of each hull, a 3-meter crew tender hides beneath the aft sunbed, and a 5-meter guest tender stows forward on the main deck.

POLARIS: 128' / 39m Sailing Catamaran

POLARIS is named for the star the Phoenicians used to navigate at night, and she's the sailing entry in the group. Her preliminary characteristics list a 39-meter hull, a 15.7-meter maximum beam, 94.5 tonnes displacement, roughly 307 GT, and 697.5 square meters of upwind sail area. She carries a carbon mast, twin headstays with roller furlers, and a carbon furling boom, all specified to keep her manageable with minimum crew.

She's offered in two configurations. The Cruiser version places five ocean-view guest cabins on the lower deck, adds a full 180-degree ocean-view owner's cabin at main deck level, and includes a fully equipped flybridge among three separate lounge and dining areas. The Performance Sport version drops the flybridge and replaces the main deck arrangement with an extra-large 360-degree open-view saloon that connects the aft and forward decks, creating roughly 400 square meters of indoor-outdoor space on a single walking level.

Both versions share the same exterior spaces. Two openable side balconies and an aft lifting platform can be set level with each other just above the water, opening a full-beam beach area around a glass-walled pool with sunbathing units, sofas, and a bar. A separate lounge, dining, and sunbathing area forward includes a Jacuzzi and wet bar. The lifting platform doubles as a garage for a tender up to 8 meters, and dedicated toy and dive storage sits under the cockpit floor with access from deck hatches and from the balconies.

Solar panels on the superstructure and bimini tops, hybrid diesel-electric propulsion, and large battery storage are available to cover hotel loads. Pricing depends on both shipyard and material: EUR 38,000,000 in carbon fiber at a Northern European top-pedigree yard, or EUR 16,500,000 in aluminum in Turkey.
