Welcome to the Van Triumph.  If you are looking for a yacht to Explore the Worlds seas this may be your Ship!  This Megayacht has be built and owned since new by the Original owner, a shipbuilder and adventurer.  This Vessel is capable of extended passages and can be refit to your desires. There are many special features and superior construction designs incorporated in VAN TRIUMPH that very few yachts have:-

 Structural Aspect :

● Scantling such as hull part about 30% above Lloyd’s rule requirement.● R41 Seawater Corrosion-Resistant steel plate produced by Kawasaki Steel, Japan was used on exterior hull and super structure from bilge up.● Bridge and super structure adopt Kevlar on bulwark and special type fiberglass produced by Point BlackTM, a U.S. manufacturer, used on bank cashier front.  Can withstand 9 mm sub-machine gun and .357 magnum bullet at close range.  Super structure and area can stop 7.62mm caliber bullet at close range.● Yacht design 3 compartment standard i.e. 3 compartments completely flooded, yacht still can stay afloat.

Double hull construction in engine room and control room sections.  Inner hull and exterior hull space 1 meter apart.  And each side port and starboard double hull section divided into 4 compartments.  Lower section 2 compartments (port & starboard) for water ballast total capacity 110 tons. Upper 2 compartments (port & starboard) void space for piping.  Double bottom divided into 24 compartments mainly for fuel tank and water tank. Transverse-wise divided into port, center and starboard side tanks with independent section for damage control.

Machinery


Twin Yanmar diesel engines.  Can burn intermediate fuel oil 1,500 sec., Each develops 1,400 BHP.

Fuel consumption 158 gm HP per hour.

3 generators, 2 x 240 kilowatt each and one 200 kilowatt (for winter season use).

One generator sufficient to supply all power needed for the yacht.  Also have spare to supply about 20% power to supply small yacht alongside VAN TRIUMPH.  The other 2 generators used a standby generator in case one generator in service malfunction.  First standby generator will cut in within 10 seconds automatically and second standby generator will become first standby.  All auxiliary equipments have one or 2 standby.

Large quantity of stainless steel is used – such as for the wheel house, funnel, foremast, forward hatch cover etc.

 

The use of double bottom fuel tanks divided into 18 tanks with piping connecting with each other in case of any damages such as when aground can pump in water to different tanks to adjust trim and list. In addition there are 6 more tanks for fresh water and water ballast. In total there are 24 water tight compartments

Accomadations


•Owners suite consists of a spacious lounge, with adjoining master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Included in the master suite are 2 smaller cabins both with en-suite facilities.

Serving Galley

•Strategically positioned between the master suite and main dining area is a secondary galley fitted with a 4-burner stove, oven, large 2-door refrigerator and freezer.

Main Saloon

•The main saloon is a large area separated by a very pleasant circular bar. The bar has seating for about 10 people, and comes fully fitted with a beer tap, 2 ice makers and a drinks fridge.

•At the forward end of the saloon is a massive dining or conference table with seating for up to 16 people.

•Adjoining are 2 circular tables for 9 people each, ideal for family-style dining or gaming.

•Aft of the bar is a comfortable lounging area with stereo system and TV.

•At the forward end of the lounge is a separate room used as a mini theatre.

Lower Deck

Guest Accommodation

•Guest accommodation consists of 6 twin cabins and 2 double cabins, all with en-suite facilities. Access is via a staircase at the rear of the lounge.

Crew Area

•The forward area of the lower deck is devoted to crew space.

•The crew enjoy a large crew mess. Next to the engine room access is the Chief Engineer’s cabin arranged with a day cabin with separate bedroom and toilet facilities. A further 6 crew cabins, all with private toilets, are provided
