31' Sea Eagle 1979 Pacific Eagle

A rare find, less than 10 built. Perfect singlehanded cruiser, Long Beach sistership circumnavigated singlehanded. Airex cored hull, teak decks removed and deck glassed, Awlgrip over entire boat, bulkheads glassed in. This is not a liner boat. Perfect cruising underbody, full keel with cutaway forefoot and skeg hung rudder with prop protected inside skeg.

Long waterline makes it a fast boat, Avalon to Long Beach in 4 1 /2 hours averaging 7 1/2 knots. Perfect for a couple. Loaded and ready to cruise. Same owner since 1997.  There's a reason that these rarely come on the market. Owner got older and wants a trawler, will trade.

Chain locker forward. The forward stateroom features a double pullman berth offset to port with storage in drawers and lockers and under the berth.  Next aft on port is the enclosed head with basin and hand-held shower.  The main salon has a U-shaped convertible dinette to port and the galley running down the starboard side.  There is a forward facing chart table aft of the galley followed by a quarter berth and opposite on port there is a hanging locker followed by a second quarter berth.

The galley runs along the starboard side of the salon and features a stainless steel sink with pressure water, a salt water hand pump and a fresh water foot pump. The top loading refrigerator has Nova Cool12 volt refrigeration. There is a Hillerange three burner propane stove with oven.  The counter top is formica and there is ample storage in drawers, cabinets and lockers.
