    -One electric with a manual switch mounted aft.
    -One Rule 1200 mounted in the bilge with automatic float switch.  This pump is also wired to an alarm to let you know the pump is active.
    -One manual pump. Blaster wash down pump plumbed to the stern. 

  • Installed a removable inspection port in the fuel tank to inspect and clean the inside of the tank.

  • Two 90w solar panels that adequately power the refrigerator and battery charging.
  • Over size battery cable wiring.  All wiring for custom installations is oversized.

  • Precision temp propane flash water heater custom installed aft.

  • The factory ladder on swim step has been removed and replaced with a dive ladder.  This gives much better access to the swim step and stepping to the dock when med-moored. Also you can enter and exit the boat under a dingy hung on a davit - if a davit were to be installed. (Original ladder is in storage).

  • Installed two custom safety hand rails on the swim step to help getting on and off the boat.

  • Four year old Dodger – Bimini – and Insert over the cockpit.  New isinglass will be installed for the new owner or a credit can be applied. 

  • Complete Cockpit isinglass and canvas enclosure port and starboard – with sun mesh at the stern.

  • Two year old Raritan PHIIE electric head.  Easily convertible to manual. With “Y” valve for overboard flush when legal.

  • Salt water foot pump in galley to save fresh water.

  • Spare parts/pumps for most all components.  $1500-$2000 in spare pumps, moters and parts.

  • Seller will install new Isinglass in the dodger and he will give a credit for the wind instrument head in the cockpit.
