The quality of construction can be seen throughout. Entry from the spacious aft deck through French doors leads into the salon. The cherry cabinetry is elegant and adds a warm ambiance to the large salon eating and dining area. Navigation station is to starboard. Continuing to starboard, a door and hatch provide the option of separating the master suite providing privacy from the rest of the vessel and guests. The stateroom is aft with a private office amidships and the master head forward. From the salon, to port and down a few steps is the galley providing stability and comfort amidships. Aft is a full stand-up shower and guest cabin. Forward is a guest cabin and guest head. Engines are accessed from hatches on the aft deck, port and starboard. Headroom is 6'5" in the salon and 6'4" in the hulls.
Entry to the salon is from the aft deck through French doors. Natural light and ventilation through overhead hatches and large windows. Headliners/hull liners replaced new in 2017. Window coverings and fabrics new in 2015. The large seating area is center with nav station to starboard.
The nav station is on the starboard side of the salon and is conveniently arranged for easy access to electronics.
The galley is port side amidships and is arranged for convenience for cooking at sea and for food prep. Natural ventilation with opening to salon. Good stowage. The galley location provides for good separation of forward and aft guest cabins.
Entry to the master stateroom suite is by a varnished door and hatch at the aft end starboardside of the salon. Down a few stairs and aft is the master cabin. Forward is a companionway with an inordinant amount of storage on both sides, a desk, freezer, and washer/dryer. Forward is the head.
The inboard side has a desk with bookshelves, drawers and cabinets. A deep cabinet above the desk houses numerous bins of spare parts, a generator, and opening hatch. The uotboard side of the office has numerous cabinets and lockers.
A door separate the shower area from the office. Further forward, another door separates the head and sink area. Roomy and clean with ample storage.
Entry to the guest stateroom is forward of the galley. The athwartships bed is convenient for allowing additional storage. Head and sink are in separate room forward.
The port hull houses the aft guest cabin. Sink and countertop is conveniet. Just outside the cabin is the guest shower. The guest head is forward and is shared with the forward cabin.
The guest head in the forward port hull serves both of the portside guest cabins. The head and sink are in the bow with a door separating the head area from the forward cabin. Aft of the galley and forward of the aft guest cabin is a stand-up shower.
The engine compartments are accessed through a hatch in each of the hulls at the aft deck. Both engines were services (including new belts, impellers, filters, etc) 2018. Both fuel tanks cleaned and fuel polished 2018.
Standing rigging was replaced in 2012. Lifelines replaced 2015. Sail inventory below.
The aft deck offers generous seating for al fresco dining, lounging, or enjoying the smooth sailing provided by this fast and clean sloop rigged cat. Cockpit cushions reupholstered 2017. Generous stowage beneath cockpit seating.
Hulls are constructed of Divinycell foam core and multidirectional glass fibers utilizing the vacuum bagging process. Kevlar reinforced keels. High stress areas are solid fiberglass. There are six watertight compartments with a watertight collission compartment with each crash bullkhead making this yacht virtually unsinkable.
