This is a 1 Owner boat bought as a solid bare Hull and Deck (No core). The entire Yacht was custom built from keel to masthead by Master Shipwrights Inc - Hans Mikaitis, for himself. The interior is all solid Honduran Mahogany and very tastefully done. She was fully painted less than 2 years ago with quality LP in deep Forest Green on the hull and light cream decks and cabin outside surfaces. She has a stainless 6 foot Custom bow pulpit with 2 anchor rollers and Custom stainless davits on the stern holding a Custom built, solid glass, tender, that matches the Yacht in color and classic style. She was Professionally Built a Maintained without regard to cost.

Accommodations


The forward cabin has a double bed and double door access to the anchor chain storage area and windlass. There is lots of storage, plenty of natural light and ventilation. There are many drawers, cabinets and hanging lockers for clothing and storage. Double doors separate the cabin from the Main Salon for real privacy.

The Salon has port and starboard setees and a large folding table that can seat 6 comfortably. There is abundant storage both under and behind the setees for gear. The cushions are good quality construction and covering is in near new condition.

The raised panel solid Mahogany wood finish is superb and all built by gifted marine carpenters, slowly, with attention to detail. She is truly Yacht Quality.

The Galley is to Starboard and well thought out. She has a great refer and freezer with lots of counterspace and a centerline sink with inserts. The solid Mahogony floors are removeable in most places with good access to a deep bilge for storage and systems.

The Head is Central to port, and very large, with a separate Stall Shower and a fresh water vacuflush head system. All fixtures are high quality and beautifully finished.

The companionway stairs have a large custom compartment that encompasses the bottom 2 stairs, and slides out, on bearings, like a large drawer for Galley Storage - Clever.

The passway on Starboard encompasses the Nav. Station and Primary Electrical Panel with full access engine room doors for Main Engine and Generator Service side.

The Aft Cabin is very comfortable with large capacity storage, light, and ventilation. The well insulated Engine Room is accessed by a full door and is standup room with all systems contain in a neat and easily serviced work area. 

The entire interior is very well thought out and executed with the the unlimited concept of classic comfort and strong construction. She will take you anywhere on earth in safety and complete control - with classic beauty. This is a true Custom Yacht well worth seeing.
