45' Hunter 1986 N/N

This is a very roomy two stateroom boat with an excellent layout for local or extended cruising.

All of the way forward is a head/shower with louvered doors to sail storage locker in the bow. Next aft is the forward stateroom that has pullman double berth to starboard and a  desk with seat, sink/vanity and hanging locker to port.  Aft to the salon where there is the nav station to port, L-shaped settee to port, and a large L-shaped dinette to starboard with convertible dinette table for full seating at port and starboard settees. The upholstery is in excellent condition. Large L-shaped galley to starboard as you continue aft to the master stateroom, with aft head to port. The aft stateroom has fore-and -aft situated queen berth under the cockpit and storage cabinets and hanging locker outboard to starboard.

The interior is finished in varnished teak, Formica counter tops a white leatherette upholstery.  There is 6'8" headroom.

The galley features a double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water, separate top loading freezer and fridge compartments, microwave oven, and a CSI stainless steel three burner propane stove with oven. There is ample storage in cabinets, drawers, and lockers with abundant counter space for preparing meals.'

Two new compressors were installed for the fridge and freezer in 2018.
