Lightning has done the Great Loop, the Bahamas and has spent much of her life in fresh water. With this engine she is extremely economical to operate, burning less than 1/2 gallon per mile at cruise speed. This means that at 9 mph you burn about 5 gallons of fuel per hour. With 700 gallons of fuel you have a safe cruising range of over a thousand miles!

Exit aft from salon through large sliding door into cockpit, containing storage lazarette, starboard boarding door, and transom door leading to fiberglass swim platform.
