Galley Upgrades


Galley was gutted out, all new cabinetry all with slider on drawers and all with push button for closing and locking, new quartz countertop, new sink and faucet, all new pluming, new drawer dishwasher, new drawer refrigerator 24V DC/ 120V AC, new under counter top freezer 24V DC/ 120V AC, add under cabinet del lighting, new Microwave/convection oven with exhaust fan under mounted over new induction cooking surface. New flooring (Dek-King), with new modified access hatch for Genset compartment with gas chuck. Raise floor under galley table so the tabletop is now same height as countertop, new quartz galley tabletop, new sliding door on table cabinet and behind counter, new headliner. Under table seat we add al new inverter/charger for new 24 volts battery bank under floor. New galley fiberglass frame windows put in place. We removed the wall mirror, rewiring of ceiling light. Install a camera and motion detector and smoke detector. New stair configuration rebuilt with storage under stairs. +/- $55,000.

Flybridge Upgrades


Flybridge structure was fiberglass in to flybridge deck and all flybridge repainted included non-skid on deck, all wood door painted, flybridge console modify to accommodate new electronic. One new VHF, and one remote VHF station from wheelhouse. All new control as per new equipment the same as in wheelhouse, new seat pedestal with footrest, new seat with cushions, console canvas renews, custom built folding radar arch with new radar and anchor light, new searchlight. New configuration of SS railing added new hydraulic 4 functions crane for dinghy (1000 pounds capacity) removed old dinghy davit. New aluminum cradle for dingy, dingy was repainted center console added new navigation light for dingy and removal of old lifting gear. Bimini top was renewed as well as dinghy cover. Aft Deck Upgrades


All aft deck was painted, new non skid floor, new side windows (fiberglass frame), removal of old bar area, replace by new wine cooler and beverage center, new custom L shape bench with cushions and under bench storage, A/C unit that was on flybridge was relocated behind flybridge stairs, new light fixture on ceiling, add new hi & low teak table on electric pedestal (serve as coffee table or dining table) reconfiguration and removal of back windows and replace by soft windows on track and zipper that can be open by rolling them up. +/- $30,000

Back Deck Upgrades


One box from forward deck was relocated here, the hole back deck was rebuilt and painted ,nonskid deck redone, painted stairs also, new aluminum lazarette hatch fitted, add a shower with hot & Cold water, relocated shore power, water and cable connection on back deck, nothing left on Port and Stbd walk around. Rebuilt storage access door now connecting with under bench storage in aft deck. Add fuel and freshwater tank gauges. Remove all wood on Back Deck. Modify canopy holding SS structure so I could remove the 2 tension ropes. Canopy was renewed. Swim platform repaired and repainted. New removable swing later was added. (one backing camera added) +/- $30,000

Forward Deck Upgrades


Pulpit rebuilt and painted; wood removed. Windlass and fitting were re chrome. Spare anchor was removed from deck and install on railing. Deck boxes were move to Back deck and flybridge. Fwd hatch was removed and new flush with deck glass hatch was fitted, all forward deck and side deck was painted and non-skid. All new wire and SS fitting for railing was renew, handrail was painted, side panel on railing remove from Port & Stbd. Aft Side back door were painted, as mention before galley windows were replaced by fixe fiberglass frame window. Renew windshield wiper blade and water tubing. +/- $30,000

Starboard Engine Room Updates


New freshwater plumbing rebuilt freshwater pump, new hot water tank, new freshwater filter system. Removal of obsolete water maker rebuilt of macerator pump for guest toilet. +/- $5,000 

Port Engine Room Updates


Removal of engine compressor add a separate electric compressor, new 32 volts charger, new 12 volts oil change pump, new auto pilot unit (Garmin), new echo sounder transducer. +/- $5,000 

Generator Upgrades


Add 24 Volts battery bank with distribution panel, change generator 12 volts and engines 32 volts start/bank battery with maintenance free batteries. Rebuilt macerator pump for V-berth toilet. +/- $10,000
