Seattle, WA, US

Previously Asking $289,800

Description

It's rare to find a classic yacht that has been so well loved. "Georgia" is such a yacht, having been continuously upgraded and improved by her current owners.

Originally commissioned as "Copro III" by Fred Dobbs, owner of Coolidge Propeller, she was heavily built in Seattle, WA by well known commercial ship builder Marco.

"Georgia" has spent her entire life in the PNW moored undercover in fresh water. With over $400,000 spent in the last 5 years she shows extremely well for a 64 year old yacht. Extensive structural work as well as system upgrades have been done bringing "Georgia" up to modern standards.

A comfortable cruising yacht with 3 staterooms, 3 heads, huge galley, and full walk-in Engine Room. She is ready to cruise the PNW waters or would make an excellent Liveaboard.

Highlights Include:

  • $400,000 spent by current owners
  • Tastefully updated for modern living
  • Transferable Covered Moorage availalbe with possible Liveaboard Status
