San Diego, CA, US

Previously Asking $275,000

Off Market

Description

Empress is a legendary naval architect Jack Hargrave-designed fiberglass motoryacht with a well-documented cruising history.  Her classic lines are a thing of beauty, and she is ready for her next owner.  This vessel has been a part of the current owner's family, and it shows in its care.

In August 2015, the bottom was completely stripped down and two new coats of epoxy barrier coat and two new coats of anti-fouling were applied. The equipment list is extensive, including Naiad stabilizers and bow thrusters.

The seller is motivated and will consider owner financing to a qualified buyer.  The vessel is in an LLC.
