The Sunseeker 74 main deck layout is unique and comfortable for a vessel of this size. The yacht offers accommodations for eight (8) owners and guests in four (4) staterooms with three (3) heads, plus crews' quarters.
One of the outstanding features of this vessel's layout is the private stairwell to the master stateroom offering another level of privacy rarely found in vessels less than 85 feet. The three guest staterooms are accessed via a forward stairwell, and the crew quarters are aft of the engine room accessed from the aft deck. Once you have traveled with guests and crew, the privacy this yacht provides is comfortable for everyone on board.
Starting aft on the hydraulic swim platform that will carry, raise, and lower a tender, it is then up 2-steps on either port or starboard side to a large aft deck with a contoured bench seat and teak table. There is a stairway to the flybridge on the starboard side.
Centerline is a tinted sliding glass door and matching large framed window, through the door to a split-level salon with galley to port on the lower level and a settee to starboard on this same level. There is an internal stairwell to the flybridge that hovers over the private access to the master stateroom, amazing use of space.
Then up one step and forward into a large entertaining area, framed by windows on all sides. This level features a comfortable, large, lounge with a coffee table to port accompanied by a dining area to starboard. Forward of the dining area is a lower helm.
All of this layout in a flowing style, so that more than a dozen guests would enjoy. Down the stairwell forward to the VIP guest stateroom, with ensuite head and the two guest staterooms and a shared head.
The master stateroom is midship and privately accessed through the salon. It features a king bed, settee, vanity, built-in drawer storage, and a large cedar-lined closet with mirrored doors. There are opening ports with screens and curtains, as well as overhead and reading lights. This suite has its own head & shower plus a bathtub with jacuzzi jets.
Completely forward is the VIP stateroom with a Queen bed, built-in drawer storage, overhead lockers, wardrobes with mirrored doors, and opening portlights with screens and curtains. 24-volt lighting is provided in the form of overhead treatment and reading lamps. The ensuite head has a shower with an acrylic door and teak grating with a washbasin. There is also a TV/DVD player.
Two twin berth staterooms, port, and starboard have built-in drawer storage, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Opening portlights have screens and curtains. They are equipped with 24-volt overhead and reading lighting plus a TV/VCR/CD player combo. These staterooms share a head with a shower and washbasin.
The sundeck features a second full helm station, multiple seating areas, custom sun pad/lounge areas, custom white canvas bimini top, sink, and refrigerator. You also have easy access from the exterior aft main deck. Both access points have protective hatches great for children's safety or that of the guests when underway.

The privately accessed aft cabin is equipped with a twin-size berth, hanging locker, mirrored vanity unit, and a head with shower & washbasin. Overhead and reading lighting, air conditioning, opening portlight with the screen, TV/VCR are also provided.
This Sunseeker Manhattan 74 is also equipped with a 10 person Hydroforce Tender with a 15hp Mercury outboard engine.
