WALKTHROUGH

As you walk up the dock and are greeted by this lovely yacht you are immediately taken not only by her balanced classic Eastbay design and lines but her over all condition is astounding. The bristol level varnished teak transom only begins to tell the story that this is a very special yacht.

Built with a yachtsman of the highest resume, every detail has been cared for in a thoughtful and painstaking manner. The cockpit is graced by a pair of lovely teak chairs and a matching table. Up a couple of short steps and into the salon one has a full 360-degree view of the water. There are doors in the pilot house area both to port and starboard (a custom feature) as well as the aft salon door, the electric opening window aft and electric "car style" opening windows to port and starboard...finally even a large electric sunroof...to say that there is an abundance of natural light and ventilation is an understatement. Should you choose to open her up at anchor the feeling is entirely of enjoying the sense of a luxurious outdoors. The custom décor is fresh and classic. A very large U-shaped settee is to port and an entertainment center with electric lifting television is to starboard with barrel shaped chair. Forward of the saloon area is a super creative and stylish bar which is completely sealed behind cabinets and sliders but all is easily accessible. The pilot house again has the custom doors both port and starboard as well as STIDD seating for both the helmsman and the first mate to port. All the electronics are brand new and ergonomically mounted into the dash and designed with an eye for ease of use.

Down a few steps and into the open-air galley one immediately realizes that there is just a tremendous amount of storage and carefully thought-out layout details. The counters are in a granite that sets off the beautiful color of the teak with flashes of color picking up on the polished stainless steel port lights and other chrome details. Opposite the galley is the guest stateroom with again custom bedding and décor as well as a very large hanging locker between the two twin berths and several drawers. Most of the lower areas have been set up in a Herreshoff style interior to take advantage of the beauty of the highly polished gloss varnished teak but also to keep a bright and airy feeling in the below decks spaces. A linen-colored wallpaper was used above the teak chair railing in this very successful execution.

Going down the hallway forward is a clever space designed with a hidden freezer and washer/dryer which is conveniently accessible. Opposite is the guest head with standing separate shower and marble counter tops as well as stainless details and matching flooring.

The master is in the bow of the boat with a large centerline queen berth with again lovely custom décor. The starboard bulkhead was moved six inches aft on standard to create a greater feeling of space in the cabin and it has a surprisingly positive effect. Lots of floor space make it a generous and easy space for two people to navigate when getting ready. The master head and shower are en suite and again top of the line features and fixtures.

Please note: all doorways have a custom arched top and raised panel doors and cabinet faces. All bulkhead and trim finishes have been custom varnished in a highly polished gloss to stunning effect. The cabin soles are teak and holly throughout with a hard satin finish.

The maintenance program for KEEPER has been second to none since she was first launched. She has had the utmost in attention to detail throughout her life and is sure to give the next owner an exceptional ownership experience.
