We specialize in making it easy for our American clients to purchase a quality yacht in Europe right now. We will accompany you on the inspection and survey, and handle all details at the closing. Once purchased, you have option of cruising in the Med prior to having us arrange transport back to the U.S. (East or West Coast). We'll assist with U.S. Customs, registration and even finding the right crew. And if the vessel's electric system needs to be modified for U.S. power- that's an easy fix that we have done many times before. Give us a call, and we'll get started on getting you the boat you really want!

As An American Yacht Buyer In Europe- What You Need To Know.

First of all- buying your yacht in Europe is fun. Chances are you have to get on a plane to get to the yacht you want anyway; so this is just a longer flight. And wouldn't you rather see a bit of Madrid, Antibes, Rome, or Monaco along the way, rather than Ft Lauderdale or Miami??

Purchase steps are the same with a few key differences:

  • You may want to get an accepted offer before you make the trip. These offers are subject to satisfactory inspection and survey prior to any 'acceptance'; but the advantage in having a vessel under contract is that no one can snatch it while you are enroute or actively considering the purchase. In this market that makes all kinds of sense.
  • We have trusted surveyors, brokers and maritime attorneys we have worked Europe for many years, so that's not a problem.
  • Once you have purchased in Europe - you will have the option to cruise the Med for awhile, or have us arrange for the vessel transport back to the U.S. (East or West Coast) on a special yacht transport ship.
  • We will assist you with insurance, U.S. Customs and Duty, Offloading and Delivery, Registration, and even finding suitable crew.
  • One more item- if the yacht needs to be converted to U.S. power system, we will also assist with that. You'll find that many European yachts have been fitted with Atlas power conversion units that get installed in the engine room so that you have seamless power hook-ups wherever you cruise.

Review Of Ferretti 750 In Power And Motoryacht

https://www.powerandmotoryacht.com/boat-tests/ferretti-750

Description

The Ferretti 750 is an evolution of the builder’s 720 design. This design was done as a collaboration among Studio Zuccon International Project, Advanced Yacht Technology & Design and Ferretti’s in-house engineers, architects and designers.

Features on the Ferretti 750 include a sleeker, sportier exterior hull than the 720, a flybridge with elongated tail and recessed satellite domes for better aesthetics, an electro-hydraulic swim platform at the stern.

Manufacturer Provided Description

Ferretti Yachts 750, featuring a 22.75 m overall length and a 5.70 m full beam.

Result from the settled collaboration between Studio Zuccon International Project, AYT&D – Advanced Yacht Technology & Design and the Ferretti Group’s team of engineers, architects, and designers, Ferretti Yachts 750 immediately strikes the attention for its outer profile, which is even sleeker and sportier, thanks to the new flybridge with an elongated tail.

The flybridge is even more spacious, since it is davit-free. The stern area the distinguishing feature is the electrohydraulic swim platform, more than 1.5 meter long. It can be lowered 50 cm underwater, making the launching of the tender easier. The swim platform can lift up to 450 kg and it can host a tender of approximately 4 meters.
