Boat Layout and Description:
Starting at the bow, the area forward of the Portugese bridge is "all business". The decks are clear for easy line handling and anchoring. The 4000 lb. Maxwell windlass is positioned above the deck and has a capstan for warping. 

Next aft of the Portuguese bridge is the pilothouse which can be entered from either port or starboard doors. To port is the L-shaped settee with a fixed pedestal table. A hanging locker and navigation/computer station is to starboard neatly tucked into the spiral staircase leading to the bridge. A single Stidd helm seat is mounted centerline and is within easy reach of all electronics which are mounted directly forward. The only fixture overhead is an electrically opened hatch for downdraft ventilation. The pilothouse can be closed off from the galley by a centerline pocket door. 

Access to the owners master stateroom is aft and guests staterooms are forward and to starboard. The first guest cabin is located directly across to port from the stairway. It features upper and lower berths for generous width and has lots of storage. This cabin is accessed through a large sliding door and has its own private head and shower. All the way forward is a large stateroom with oversized V-berths, abundant storage and private head and shower. The washer/dryer/storage room is in the companionway to starboard under the staircase. The master stateroom is full width featuring a king size bed athwartship to port. The forward end of this stateroom has a dresser, book storage and built-in TV. On the starboard side is the ensuite head and shower with an emergency access to the engine room. Along the aft bulkhead there are hanging lockers, drawers and storage. The portlights above the bed are cleverly hidden behind shoji screens for a soft light. 

The galley is aft of the pilothouse and completely open to the salon. There is a large U-shaped settee across from the galley. The galley, like the rest of the vessel, is very well finished in cherry wood, with cherry and maple hardwood floors. The only carpet is in the salon but is loose for easy removal to show the hardwood floors. 

Leaving the salon through the aft sliding SS door, the aft deck is open and inviting. Sliding Lucite wing doors block the wind and spray from the walkaround decks. To starboard there is an access ladder to the flybridge and aft is a large u-shaped seat and fixed pedestal table. On either side of the table there are steps leading down to the tournament size cockpit. The cockpit is fitted with a control station and 2 - 2000 lb. capstan warping winches. An electric lift opens the crews quarters and engine room access. Down the the crew area there is a workbench, fridge and storage area to starboard and captain's berth and head to port. Engine access is centerline forward and this area was designed for ease of maintenance and operation of all auxiliary machinery.

Electrical:
This boat can be run off one 50 AMP cord or 2 X 50’s if needed, but normally one is enough. There are two 27 KW Onan gen sets. Both gens have approximately 4400 hours and serviced regularly. All ships batteries replaced in 2017. 
Deck:
The flybridge is comparable to most 100 footers. The helm is centerline forward with 2 Stidd chairs. There is a wet bar and fridge and large U-shaped settee and table to starboard. Both the aft deck settee and bridge lounge were reupholstered in Sunbrella.
