This clean 2013 Ranger Tugs R-31 with recently updated Garmin electronics and new command bridge canvas is a must see. Having spent 10 years in fresh water, Sweetie is a very clean example of a 2013 Ranger Tugs R-31 CB. Only 674 hours on the engine, most of which have been in fresh water. Sweetie is equipped with a 5KW Onan Cummins generator. Perfect for long trips and nights on the hook!
Stepping on board, you'll find a very clean cockpit with the familiar fold out seats on both the port and starboard gunwales. The cockpit features a handsome blue canvas bimini that is attached to the small overhang at the salon entrance. A cockpit table (included) can also be set up for dining or entertaining. There is ample storage in the cockpit lazarettes, as well as a locker on the port side that can be repurposed to accept a refrigerator as on the newer versions of this boat. At the stern of the vessel, you'll find an ample swim platform with rails and built in fenders. The swim platform also houses a storage locker.
Immediately upon entering the cabin you'll notice the chef's galley to starboard, which includes a Princess two burner range with oven, double sink, plenty of counter space and storage cabinetry. The galley also contains a microwave and wine refrigerator. The port side of the salon features a dinette/lounge area that has seating for four or five, as well as a nicely finished table that can be folded all the way open for dinner, halfway open to expose drink holders and a hand hold while underway, or lowered to become a convertible berth for two. The forward lounge/dinette seat also folds forward to accommodate two facing forward while underway. The salon seats and helm seat have been tastefully reupholstered by the owner.
Abaft of the dinette, you'll find the entrance to the midship cabin, which can sleep two in privacy, or be open up for a more airy feel. Inside the midship cabin, you'll also find a "day head" smartly covered by a padded chair, as well as a closet rod for hanging clothing or foulies.
The main helm or bridge area features a comfortable chair that can be folded out of the way to create more galley counter space. The helm is equipped with a new Garmin GPS MAP1643 MFD, Garmin autopilot and radar, as well as joystick controls for the bow and stern thrusters. The helm also features a convenient side door, for quick access to the deck.
Forward of the main salon, you'll go down two steps into the owner's stateroom, which features: An ample island berth that comfortably sleeps two, and has plenty of storage underneath; three built in closets; a small fold out desk: flat screen TV as well as the control head for the vessel's stereo. Off of the owner's stateroom is a well equipped head, with electric flush toilet, stainless sink and a shower that is nicely separated from the toilet with a curtain.
Moving back out of the cabin into the cockpit, you'll make your way up the stairs to the Command Bridge, which features a completely equipped upper helm with a Garmin GPSMAP1243 as well as joysticks for the bow and stern thrusters. The Command Bridge also features a solar panel, which could be relocated to accommodate additional seating as is featured on the current model R-31 CB.
