Nick Dykert grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan in Holland, Michigan. From a very early age he began boating and sailing, originally learning to sail on a Hobie Cat. Nick moved to Chicago where he sailed competitively. He graduated from Calvin College in Michigan with a degree in business communications and a minor in Spanish. During school he lived in Spain for a period of time and fell in love with the international waters.
Out of college Nick worked for IBM where he taught people how to use custom designed software programs. Despite the innovative aspects of the work, he realized boating was his passion and chose to become a yacht broker. In 2007 Nick joined the Denison Yacht Sales team.
Nick is married to his wife, Danielle.
