Trinity Yachts Delivers 120′ Raised Pilothouse, “The Finish Line”

The owner tasked Trinity Yachts to build a superyacht that was big enough for a king-size berth complete with his and her baths yet with a shallow draft to allow him access to the Daytona Beach, Florida marina for the NASCAR races.

He named it the “Finish Line” and chose Trinity because he wanted the design and performance of the yacht to serve as inspiration to other American yachtsmen to build in the United States.

“Finish Line has been a deeply gratifying build for us,” said John Dane, president of Trinity Yachts on Seaway Road in Gulfport. “Her owner, truly an American patriot, built the yacht here in the U.S. both to realize the benefits of American craftsmen, whose skills are unsurpassed, and to create jobs.”

The yacht has been sea-tested and delivered, and will be on display at the Trinity Yachts stand during the 2013 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Oct. 31 through Nov. 4, so others can see the workmanship.

The custom designed 120′ raised pilothouse superyacht has an aluminum hull and superstructure — and unusual speed for her size. Sleek naval architecture gives the yacht a speed of 23 knots and a range of more than 3,600 nautical miles.

In addition to the master suite with a walk-in closet are 3 guest staterooms with private heads and three crew cabins with full baths for a crew of 5.
