82′ Horizon “Silvana” Walkthrough Video

“Silvana” has been completely refit with new interior decor, new A/C chillers and air handlers, a complete paint job in 2014 and much more. Join us as we take a look at this impeccable 82′ Horizon motoryacht:

Hi, I’m Jay Rhoades with Denison Yacht Sales. Today we’ll be taking onboard Silvana, an 82-foot Horizon motoryacht located in Miami, Florida. The covered teak deck has a large varnished teak dining table with seating for eight, a custom ice box plumbed with an Eskimo ice dispenser and the curved stairway forward on the port side that leads up to the flybridge and boat deck.

Upon entry into the salon, the first impression is one of openness and understated elegance created by the contrast of rich satin-finished Macori wood, cherry and holly floors and neutral stonework and furnishings. Immediately to starboard is a full walk-behind wet bar with quartzite counters, generous storage, refrigerator and adjacent wine cooler and ice maker.

On the port side aft in the salon is a stairwell which leads down to the crew’s quarters and engine room. Forward to starboard is a built-in cabinetry housing the TV on an electric lift. The port side of the salon features plenty of comfortable seating, which is all brand new. Directly across the starboard is the day head and powder room.

One step up from the salon is the open galley and country kitchen styled dining area. A full-size Sub-zero refrigerator with Macori wood face and a storage pantry are discreetly located on the starboard side. Port and starboard watertight doors lead out to the side decks and a curved stairway forward to starboard leads down to the master and guest accommodation.

The master suite is amidships and features a king-size berth and ample storage. His and hers baths are separated by a large marble shower compartment with dual rainfall shower heads.

Further forward to port is the ensuite guest stateroom with twin berths, followed by the VIP guest stateroom with an island berth and an adjacent bath all the way forward.

Silvana’s flybridge is simply spectacular. It’s fully enclosed with removable easy to see why and is completely air-conditioned. The starboard side features a large settee with a high-low teak dining table. To port you’ll find a built-in bar and entertainment center with icemaker, refrigerator, cold plate freezer, sink and another pop-up flatscreen TV.

The center line helm is forward with a STID helm and companion chair, and aft on the flybridge is your boat deck with a sun pad to starboard and a large barbecue grill to port.

To ensure trouble-free cruising, during the past two years, Silvana has undergone an extensive refit. Almost every system on board has been replaced, rebuilt and/or upgraded.

Highlights include: complete rebuilds on both of her Caterpillar main engines including new exhaust risers by DeAngelo Marine, new cruise air conditioning chillers with all new air handlers throughout the entire yacht, a second Sea Recovery 1400 gallon per day Watermaker, a new Williams Jet Tender and a complete AwlGrip paint job by the Rybovich boatyard in West Palm Beach. In total, almost $1 million dollars has been spent over the last two years.
