Istanbul captures your imagination and inspires you, and the same can be said of NuMarine’s Explorer Yacht XP series. The successful 26XP and 32XP models and the newly appointed 37XP and 45XP are just a few of Numarine’s outstanding yachts. I had the recent opportunity to visit Numarine at their Istanbul shipyard to meet the owners, and the facility did not disappoint.

Numarine is a family-run business whose owner is passionate about the brand and the yachting industry. Numarine is rapidly gaining market share in the 26-45m explorer yacht segment, having sold six 26XP models and four 32XP models. Considering the XP series was only introduced two years ago, this is incredibly impressive.

Due to this success, the 37XP model and 45XP model expansion is expected to be wildly celebrated. If you liked the 32XP, then you will love the 37XP as it features the same beam. The 45XP model takes the XP to an entirely new level, one that you must see with your own eyes. While the 26XP is a GRP hull with 3,000nm range, the others feature full-displacement steel hulls, all with 4,000nm+ range making them true global explorers.

After experiencing their shipyard first hand, I can’t help but feel that Numarine has no ceiling. Combine the high level of fit, finish, and engineering with the cost per gross ton and you have the best-priced vessels on the market featuring true ocean-going capabilities. The Numarine XP series includes models between $4 million and $20 million. Because the XP series is semi-custom, cost and delivery times are reduced but clients still receive the ability to customize their yacht with their own individual character.

While staying at the Soho House in the historic Palazzo Corpi, I was able to see, taste, and experience the lifestyle of Istanbul’s locals. Their goal in yachting is to appreciate all that they have accomplished while enjoying the peace and quiet on the water with friends and family.
