John Shadegg is the former U.S. Representative for Arizona’s 3rd congressional district, serving from 1995 until 2011. He is a member of the Republican Party.

The district, numbered as the 4th District before the 2000 Census, includes much of northern Phoenix.

CEO of Sunreef Yachts

Francis Joseph Lapp is an Alsatian French electrical engineer and entrepreneur active in France, Luxembourg and Poland. Originally French, he obtained Polish citizenship in 2014. He is the owner and chief executive officer of Sunreef Yachts, a luxury catamaran shipyard located in the former Gdańsk Shipyard in Gdańsk, Poland. Throughout his career he also led or owned numerous other companies.
