About Beltempo

Beltempo was founded by Marco Sangiorgi, an independent designer from Rome. He studied in Paris where he obtained a bachelors’ degree in Archeology and a masters’ degree in History of Art. His work includes creating furniture, lighting, ornamental objects, jewelry, and fashion. He designs every piece in Beltempo’s collection and is inspired by nature and the sea.

What Makes Beltempo Different?

For instance, thick stainless steel tubes are finished with TIG welding techniques for high resistance. Beltempo also uses teak wood in its outdoor furniture as the thick fibers can be sawed evenly without chipping or splitting. Teak is also durable and can withstand rain, wind, and dry weather and requires little to no maintenance.
