Seattle Boats On Display [Open House]

Friday, February 3 – Saturday February 4, 2023 | 10am – 4pm

Denison invites you to an Open House to tour a number of available boats and yachts at our Seattle office, including a 70′ Ocean Alexander 2017, 54′ Hanse 2008, 42′ Beneteau 2006, and more. See the full lineup below.

Byron Shirley and Ari Sherr will be the brokers in attendance to answer any questions you may have. Boat viewings will be available outside event hours by appointment. Drinks and refreshments will be served.

70′ Ocean Alexander 2017 | LIV MAS

The 70e’s look makes it clear “e” stands for evolution. There is a clear sight line throughout the main deck and amazing views from large windows. Everywhere you look, you’ll see dedication to craftsmanship and know why Ocean Alexander has earned a sterling reputation for safety, performance, and fine engineering.

52′ Hanse 2008 | BERLIN

BERLIN is a world-class yacht that has been meticulously maintained. She has a beautiful dark blue hull and is fully loaded with many extras both above and below deck.

Features include: asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer and custom stowage system, retractable bow thruster, carbon fiber wheels, matching bimini, spray hood, cockpit cushions, sail cover, and wheel covers. There is also a full suite of integrated electronics, including a chart plotter, autopilot (with remote), AIS, and 2 VHF radios. The remote-controlled stern door hides the hard rib tender, motor.

42′ Beneteau 2006 | NAUTILUS

NAUTILUS‘ seaworthy hull can handle rough seas and with sufficient range to make extended cruising a reality. The boat offers two staterooms with two heads. Stable and responsive, the Swift Trawler is a good compromise between efficient, speedy travel and relaxed comfort while living aboard.

41′ Beneteau 2006 | RUBY

RUBY comes with Volvo Penta’s IPS 400 pod-driven engines and cruises easily at 20 knots, with a top speed of 26 knots or so. There’s a master cabin forward with a very large en suite head and separate shower stall, which is bright and airy thanks to a skylight and two opening ports. There’s another enclosed cabin with a queen-sized berth and its own en suite head. This is a great boat for young families or couples with occasional guests.

40′ Beneteau 2018 | OCEAN EYES

OCEAN EYES is a class B offshore rated express cruiser yacht designed by the famous Italian super-yacht designer Nuvolari Lenard and built by Beneteau. She has been freshwater-kept since new and serviced annually by the Volvo Penta dealer.

40′ Beneteau 2020 | AURA ODYSSEY

AURA ODYSSEY is a near-new, freshwater-kept, versatile express cruiser yacht. Designed by the famous Italian superyacht designer Nuvolari Lenard and built by Beneteau, the world’s largest manufacturer of yachts since 1884.

21′ Grady-White 2021 | FREEDOM 215

Whether you’re fishing, out with friends, water-skiing, hanging with the family, or need a yacht tender, this FREEDOM 215 ticks all the boxes. She is a big-water dual console, which strikes an excellent balance between cruising comfort and serious fishing. She rides on a deep-V hull with an integrated swim platform and a moderate 8.5-foot beam.
