Throughout the sales transaction, Scott demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the sales transaction. They were responsive to my inquiries and provided detailed information about the boat’s history, maintenance records, and any upgrades or modifications that had been made. His transparency and boating knowledge along with his willingness to address all my concerns instilled confidence in the boat’s condition and the transaction as a whole.
The seller and broker also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and secure transaction including making the boat available to me 2+ weeks. They facilitated the necessary paperwork, including the transfer of ownership and any required inspections, making the process hassle-free for both parties. Although I did not get a chance to meet the seller in person, she and Scott made the boat available to me for a full week prior to the offer, allowing me to inspect every nook, bin, and storage hole on the boat. Scott also arranged for the boat to remain in the club slip until my departure.
