Daryl Wakefield, President of Westport Yachts, stated “We are thrilled to be working on this new 41m build with the Denison team, and to welcome the new Westport owners into the family.”
Built at Westport’s Pacific Northwest shipyards on the Olympic Peninsula, the 135 RPH measures 134 feet 6 inches overall with a beam of 26 feet 2 inches and a draft of 6 feet 1 inch. Twin MTU 16V2000 M97L engines, each developing 2,600 horsepower, are expected to deliver a top speed of 25 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 20 knots. The yacht will accommodate ten guests in five ensuite staterooms, including a full-beam on-deck owner’s suite with his-and-hers baths and walk-in wardrobes, and will carry six crew with a dedicated captain’s cabin. At an economical pace she should cover about 2,500 nautical miles between fuel stops, and her full-load displacement is projected at 418,000 pounds.
The raised-pilothouse design offers seamless indoor–outdoor flow, from a spacious main-deck salon and formal dining area to a country-style galley forward and a generous skylounge aft of the wheelhouse. Outside, owners will enjoy a shaded aft deck, an expansive sundeck with hot tub and bar, and a beach-club transom for watersports.
