RJ Winter

Born into a boating family, RJ was introduced to life on the water from an early age. Growing up in Chicago and spending summers in Northern Michigan, he developed a deep passion for boating on the Great Lakes. While in college, he earned his 100T Captain’s license and spent summers working as a transport captain, further solidifying his commitment to the industry.

After graduation, RJ began his professional career in Baltimore, Maryland, where he spent a decade gaining valuable experience before relocating to Fort Lauderdale. Throughout his career, he has represented more than 20 brands and sold a wide range of powerboats. When not assisting clients, RJ can often be found cruising his center console with friends and family.
