Offering nearly 5,000 square feet of interior living space, approximately 320 GT of interior volume, and 7’8” of headroom throughout the main living areas, the Hargrave 125’ Raised Pilothouse MESMERIZE offers the scale and comfort typically found on much larger yachts. Her layout includes six distinct social areas, allowing up to 60 guests to relax throughout, making her well suited for entertaining as well as extended cruising.
The yacht’s interior volume and generous headroom create a sense of space rarely found in yachts of this size, giving MESMERIZE the feel of a significantly larger vessel.
Originally delivered as GIGI II, the yacht is well known within the Hargrave fleet for her exceptional interior volume and highly social layout.
Benefiting from attentive ownership and experienced crew, she represents an excellent buying opportunity. Additional specifications, systems details, and equipment information can be found in the “Other Details” section of this listing.
Designed for both private ownership and charter potential, the layout balances comfortable living spaces with excellent areas for gathering and entertaining. The raised pilothouse configuration elevates the helm above the main deck, maximizing guest living areas and contributing to the yacht’s open and spacious interior feel.

Interior & Social Spaces:
A standout feature of MESMERIZE is the country-style forward galley, which serves as more than just a food preparation area. With a large island countertop, informal seating for six, and a television, it functions much like a residential kitchen where owners and guests naturally gather throughout the day.
This layout is particularly popular with American owners who prefer the galley to be part of the social experience rather than separated as a purely crew workspace.
Throughout the interior, 7’8” headroom, wide passageways, and large windows help create an open and comfortable atmosphere.
Accommodations:
Accommodations aboard MESMERIZE are generous for a yacht of this size. Guest staterooms are well proportioned and designed to provide comfort and privacy for owners and guests.
The full-beam master suite takes advantage of the yacht’s 25’ beam, creating a spacious owner’s retreat. The suite includes mirrored his-and-hers heads separated by a large walk-in shower.
Crew accommodations are thoughtfully arranged, with each crew cabin featuring its own private en-suite head, a feature not commonly found on yachts in this size range and one that greatly improves crew comfort.
Entertaining:
Entertaining was clearly a priority in the design of MESMERIZE. The yacht offers six separate social areas, allowing guests to spread out while still remaining connected throughout the vessel.
With multiple gathering spaces both inside and out, up to 60 guests can comfortably enjoy the yacht across her various entertaining areas, whether underway or at anchor. The flybridge also features a spa tub and bar area, creating another inviting space for relaxing or hosting guests.
Hargrave Yachts are known for their custom construction, solid engineering, and long-term durability. Originally delivered as GIGI II, MESMERIZE has benefited from long-term professional crew and attentive ownership throughout her life.
Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 engines, the yacht cruises comfortably at approximately 12 knots, offering reliable performance and long-range cruising capability.
Built for comfortable cruising, she combines Hargrave’s proven engineering with exceptional interior volume and practical entertaining spaces.
The yacht has been consistently maintained and is offered today ready for her next owner’s cruising program.
The objective for this project was to create a contemporary interior with great balance, clean, sophisticated cabinetry lines with an enduring appeal; for charter or private use. The combination of contrasting surfaces of Gloss Walnut wood, Espresso and Taupe Zebra veneer accents, Sculptured glass and Cream Kaduna Marble (Royal Oyster) creates an abstract and sculptural impression that is truly refreshing. All the guest and social areas are generously proportioned and are perfectly appointed.
The Main Salon is a glamorous and contemporary space that is inviting and aesthetically pleasing. Details in the built in cabinets were repeated again in the dramatic ceiling soffits. The upholstered custom pieces are luxurious, plush and have a clean, chic style.
At the aft entrance the flooring is slabs of Cream Kaduna marble. On either side of the entrance foyer there are large squared corner cabinets that define and strengthen the space. The Starboard squared cabinet is the bar, complete with all the required storage, ice, sink etc and completely invisible when closed up. The Port cabinet disguises the crew companionway on the outside of the vessel. Both of these cabinets have gorgeous 44” mirrored recesses with marble shelves and sculptures from Hebi. Looking forward to the Dining Salon, there is a center cabinet with a TV and cabinet with a panel of Art Glass.
The galley was designed to be not only a professional food preparation area but an area for social gatherings. The room is finished in the same fine quality wood, hardware and craftsmanship as the rest of the vessel. The galley has tons of counter space and has a true walk in pantry (3’ x 4’). For natural light, three sides are windows and there is a large comfortable settee forward with seating for eight. The large center island has a second sink, ice maker, recycling station, additional subzero refrigerator drawers and 132’ sq. /feet of storage.

All four corners of the foyer supply storage; linens, towels, refrigeration and beverages and cleaning supplies.

All the other components in the room frame the bed and amplify the luxurious surroundings; fabulous cabinetry details and craftsmanship. The headboard wall continues the dramatic design elements with 18” wide vertical panels of the Zebra placed horizontally 60” high over each nightstand. The center of the headboard wall is upholstered and ties into the detailed ceiling soffit that mimics the MS soffit and frames the bed.
Master Stateroom Fabrics and Furnishings:
The master bath is a “His and Hers” layout with a center large shared shower. The vanities are both very large with sconces centered in pairs on each mirror for proper viewing.
