Denison broker Russ Schafer has released a full walkthrough of this 121-foot Benetti Classic tri-deck superyacht, giving buyers a detailed look at one of the more thoroughly documented and maintained examples in the current market: a post-2010 Benetti 121 Classic built to MCA and ABS class standards, asking $7,499,000, currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with an active charter history and a refit investment exceeding $4.9 million since delivery.

Built in 2011, ALLORA represents a distinct evolution within the Benetti Classic 121 series. Post-2010 hulls introduced meaningful structural and layout improvements over their predecessors: larger salon windows and windows added to both VIP and guest staterooms for increased natural light, a redesigned main deck that removed the center staircase from the salon and relocated it to improve guest flow, a captain’s cabin moved to the bridge deck for privacy, an upper deck extended by 3 feet, and thicker teak on all exterior decks per the revised build specification. She was delivered in 2012 with over $2.1 million in additional factory options, including a custom galley dinette, a custom hardtop with retractable shade section, and an opening roof over the bar and Jacuzzi. In 2025 alone, over $550,000 was invested in a major yard period at LMC that included replacement of all thru-hull fittings for class and safety, full service on both CAT C32 main engines (heat exchangers, aftercoolers, gear coolers), mechanical rebuilds of both 80kW Kohler/John Deere generators with hours effectively zeroed (current hours 616 and 23), full bottom job, servicing of steering systems, PTO, Quantum stabilizers, and blackwater pumps, new batteries, tank inspections with lining and coating, cutless bearings, shafts, and a new shore power cord. Blackwater pumps were replaced again in March 2026 and the Jacuzzi pump was updated in 2026. The twin CAT C32 engines show 4,794 and 4,804 hours as of March 2026, with average load consistently recorded at 27%, indicating lightly worked machinery for their age. A 2023–2024 yard period added approximately $350,000 in work including a mechanical rebuild of the port engine and a full water toys package: two SeaDoo Sparks, an eFoil board, SeaBob, two paddleboards, two inflatable docks, and an inflatable slide.

The walkthrough covers all three decks in full. On the main deck, guests enter through oversized automatic sliding stainless steel doors into the salon featuring a high-gloss custom wood interior with stainless steel and marble accents, custom leather sofa and occasional chairs updated in 2022, a wet bar aft with glass shelving and marble countertop, and a formal dining area forward seating eight at a custom glass dining table. The on-deck master stateroom includes a king berth, walk-in closet, his-and-her vanity area, and a private marble en-suite with his-and-hers sinks and glass-door shower. Below deck, a foyer accesses four additional guest staterooms: two aft VIP staterooms each with queen island berths, and two forward staterooms each with twin single berths plus a Pullman, accommodating a total of 12 guests across the five staterooms. The bridge deck aft features an L-shaped sofa seating area, a teak dining table for eight, and a wet bar; the pilothouse sits forward of the captain’s private cabin. The sun deck centers on a forward Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads, a custom wet bar with three barstools and a pop-up flatscreen, four deck loungers, and retractable sun shades fore and aft, all served by eight JL Audio speakers with subwoofer. Twin Starlink antennas, dual radar scanners, and a FLIR camera are mounted on the sun deck electronics mast.

For buyers comparing 120-to-135-foot superyachts in the $7–$10 million range, ALLORA occupies a clear position: a Benetti Classic with an interior renovation that reads current rather than dated, a refit history detailed enough to satisfy a surveyor’s scrutiny, an active and documented charter operation under ABS class, and a Fort Lauderdale location that makes a physical showing straightforward. Her 26-foot 10-inch beam, four separate bars across three decks, three dining areas accommodating up to 10, and the depth of her 2025 yard work put her in a different category from comparable-age competitors still running on legacy mechanical systems.
