Bill Mark

We listed our 1995 55' Symbol Pilothouse on July 31, 2023 with Bill Mark. The quality of the listing, as presented on the Denison Yachting website, was exceptional. The photo work was beyond reproach. We averaged one showing a week. On September 12, 2023, we had an accepted offer very close to the asking price! Several times I thought that the deal was dead but Bill kept it alive. Bill always kept me informed about what was happening. It was not my first rodeo selling high-ticket items, but Bill did a much better job than I could ever have done. Thank you, Bill Mark!

I wanted to thank you for all the work and energy you have put in to find us the boat we like. It is truly appreciated all the time you spent asking questions, getting to know my wife and I, so you could find the boat that works for us. Your experience was crucial as we didn’t know the questions to ask, and your patience with me bugging you, you never flinched. There was never a dumb question, although I probably asked a lot of them. When you finally found the right boat, we were on the same page and I immediately fell in love with it. I found out that finding a boat and purchasing a boat are two different things. Your experience with the local community of expert surveyors was crucial to identifying a couple of issues that could have cost me thousands if these experts did not come aboard. Working with the selling broker, you reduced the bottom line and eventually ended up with our offered price and not the negotiated price, saving me more money to fix some of the little things on a preowned boat. Your help didn’t end there. Your expertise in boat systems has helped me learn the systems on my boat.  In addition to spending time with me after the sale, to ensure that I had a decent handle on the boat, and how it responds to different inputs. Having been to almost every port and anchorage in Puget Sound,  your expertise is priceless and we appreciate you sharing this knowledge with us and hope to keep in touch, which I know we will. It is not too often that you hear your broker talking to someone and he says I am with my client/friend, and friends are what we have become. Again, thanks for all your help getting through this sale, it is deeply appreciated.

Just wanted to express our appreciation to Bill Mark for his tireless efforts (well, maybe he was tired when all was said and done! 😉) in marketing and selling our 51' Formosa sailboat. He went way above-and-beyond the call of duty in making it happen! He earned every penny of his commission and we're very grateful for all the extra work he put in.
