I would really like to thank Bryan for all he has done, I could not have made it without him. He went far beyond his work. I thank him for being such a professional person, for all his help, for all the things he did not have to do but he did, for taking care of everything and being there every time I needed him. I just want to say thanks; not just for the purchase and all that Bryan went through to make my dream happen, but it's been a very long time since I have met a person with such patience, compassion, generosity, commitment, and integrity.

Brian did so much in this deal. Linking me to a service company, a captain, and taking the time to walk me through so many details, was time-consuming and "above the call". I am not the easiest buyer to deal with, yet Brian pushed through my impatience and even unreasonableness, kept his composure, and moved to close, and also stayed in the relationship for so many post-close issues. Denison is lucky to have him!
