I am especially grateful to your Seattle yacht broker Ari Sherr. Due to the pandemic we expected it might be a hard time to sell a boat. We were prepared to list it at a much lower price.  We were surprised when Ari suggested a price higher than what we purchased it for 5 years ago. Wanting to sell the boat quickly I was skeptical but agreed to list at the higher price for a short time.

Ari was fantastic. He did an excellent job of  preparing the boat for showing. We were surprised that he had so many showings. Ari is an excellent communicator and kept us apprised of everything.

Within 24 hours we got our first offer. Soon after that we had several additional offers and the boat sold quickly for the price he suggested.

All of this happened without us ever having a chance to meet Ari in person. We certainly look forward to meeting him in the future.

I wanted to take the time to commend and personally thank Eddy Denison and the closing team (Marlin, Kathy and All Oceans Closings) for a seamless and pleasant experience in the purchase of my Formula 40PC. For years, it’s been a dream of mine to have a boat in the San Diego area, to escape the summer heat here in Phoenix and get away from the daily grind to relax and enjoy life. 

Months ago, I set out to make this dream a reality. I conducted numerous searches, looked at several vessels and eventually came across a listing right here in Phoenix. When I reached out to the seller to express interest, thinking this was a private sale, I was informed Eddy was his yacht broker. I had some initial concerns with respect to financing, simply because my credit union doesn’t deal with out of state brokers and I wasn’t sure how to proceed. While I have experience in boating, this is the first vessel I have owned. I am excited and nervous but look forward to many hours of enjoyment and challenges. Emiko, it’s evident that everything you touch exudes perfection, from the unexpected welcome sign and bounty of goods and goodies (we would have starved had it not been for you!), to the perfectly prepared document book, framed (now cherished) photo of us and of course your so appreciated gift to please.

Mark, your intimate knowledge of every inch of the Swift Trawler 35 is beyond impressive. And then to have the unique ability to transfer all on to us in a simple and comprehendible fashion is remarkable and a true talent. We are just praying we can retain the abundance of Mark’s Teachings until we greet our boat again in Ensenada! Otherwise you may regret that we have your number!
