Roy and I both appreciate your and Shawn’s tenacity in getting our beloved Marlin Darlin sold to a well qualified buyer. Without hesitation we would recommend your service and Denison Yachts. It is not easy selling a 1983 46’ Hatteras Sport fish, but you did it Russ.

I wanted to thank you for the great job you did in selling our 57' Carver, Private Reserve. The whole process was extremely easy and I think you did a good job of understanding that we were not convinced we were ready to sell. You worked around our Bahamas trip, did your walk throughs, worked with our captain and scheduled buyer visits in a very accommodating way. We were stunned when we received a very credible offer in a matter of weeks. We were leaving for our summer place on Cape Cod a day and a half after the offer and we scrambled to unload the boat in case the deal would close in our absence.

You and your staff did a great job of getting the agreements finalized electronically. While we are experiencing the normal angst over selling a boat we loved, we are excited about the probability of searching for the replacement. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Russ Schafer twice in the last several months.  Once when we bought our 2002 38 Tiara, and second when we sold our 2001 34 Pursuit.  Both times I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.  He sincerely seemed like he cared.....not just going thru the motions.  Phone calls, emails and text were returned promptly.
