I write with a high commendation for Carlos Dominguez and his work in putting me in a yacht.  When I contacted Denison after seeing a boat advertised last winter, he was asked to help me and turned out to be a charming, learned teacher of your industry to a neophyte who originally wasn't overly sure about acquiring a yacht.

Carlos extended great and gracious courtesy and patience over several months as I eventually became serious and then relied on him to guide me through a complicated purchase of the Bayou, working not only with me but with the seller and his agent (also with Denison) to get both me and my seller the boats we each wanted.

I thought the deal was convoluted and stressful, but Carlos handled the entire process with aplomb, skill, and absolute professionalism.  His counsel to me over the past few months has been invaluable, reassuring, and effective and, with luck, has set a course in yachting for me, my family, and friends going forward.

Like you, I own a customer-focused business, and, if he worked for my company, I'd count Carlos as one of my top assets.  Good for you to have him on your team.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for your work finding a boat for me.  I'm not sure how many boats we looked at, but I think we covered all from 80ft to 110ft that were on the market before we found Home James.

I greatly appreciate you previewing the boats before you showed any to me.  You quickly learned what I was interested in and you discussed every boat with me before hand so I could make the decision to look at it or not.  You may not know this, but I tested your knowledge and judgment by having you show me several you thought were not for me and your call was right on. 

Home James was a difficult boat to buy, as you well know.  I changed the deal several times from the original offer.  I know this frustrated not only you but it did me too, and I'm sure the Estate that was selling it also.  But you went to bat for me each time and somehow you got all the changes done. 

Most of the badly needed work has now been done to the new No Vacancy, and we are finally getting to enjoy her.  Recently I was in the Dry Tortugas for 13 days, all of which were spent on the hook.  I towed  "Fred's" 31 ft Pursuit to use as a fishing boat, and all 11 of us had a great time. 

I am looking forward to the next time I'm in Lauderdale to having a Martini with you on the new aft deck.

Again, thank you for hanging in with me, God and my wife were the only two people that knew how difficult I can be, but now it's three.

I would recommend Blake Nichol to anyone looking to sell their boat. Blake and his team at Denison are extremely professional and responsive. 

I listed my 32 Intrepid with Blake and am extremely happy with the time in which they had a buyer and the entire process to follow! Although I sold my Intrepid… I will definitely use Blake in the future to secure my next boat!
