I wanted to pass on some feedback on the recent sale of our vessel Makin' Waves.  Drew Offerdahl went above and beyond for us during the entire transaction.  We are in Chicago but had shipped our boat down for my husband to live on last year.  He no longer works in Fort Lauderdale, so we decided to try and sell the boat instead of incurring the high cost and stress of shipping it back.  It was not an easy decision for us to make. 

From day one, Drew was understanding, extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I requested a text before any phone calls as we did not want to alert our kids until it sold.  He checked on the boat many times for us after storms. 

He communicated before and after all showings. When we did receive an offer, he helped us close faster than we could ever have hoped.  The buyer required 2 inspections and Drew was present for both.  He also helped my husband, on his own time, clean our grill and did other various items to help narrow down the list and got the buyer to sign off quickly with little expense to us.

We could not be happier with our experience with Drew and intend on recommending him and hopefully using him in the future with a new boat purchase.

Jill - I keep coming back to you as you seem to have a personal interest in getting to know your crew before working to get them placed.  I like this approach…  I would hate to see you get lumped into the mix with all of the other crew agents.

During the busy holiday season, Byron Shirley made our dreams of owning a boat by New Year’s Eve come true! Working with him was a pleasant and painless experience throughout the entire boat-buying process.

With great attention to detail, he continually kept us in the loop and always with a warm smile and positive attitude.

Byron was patient with us as we explored several different types of boats before making a final decision. He generously offered to help us transport the boat from Everett to Seattle, sacrificing an entire Saturday from dawn ‘til dusk, making this a seamless and stress-free experience.

He took extra time to help us fuel up, fill the water tanks, empty the holding tank, as well as explain many of the boat’s mechanical systems (not afraid to get on his hands and knees), and how to successfully navigate through the Ballard Locks for the first time.

He has also followed up with us several times after the sale to see if we had any questions or needed any help. We very much appreciate Byron’s advice and guidance during of entire purchase process!
