Born and raised in Miami, Kathy started her Career in the Financial Sector where she developed a strong foundation in transaction management, lending, client relationships, operational processes, team building and compliance.

When an opportunity arose to join the luxury yachting industry with Ferretti Group USA, she never imagined it would become a career spanning more than two decades.

Throughout the multiple companies she has worked for, she has established procedures, workflows, training programs, operational infrastructure, and set standards that enabled business growth, while maintaining exceptional levels of efficiency and client services.

With her combination of experience across multiple sectors and deep yachting industry knowledge, what began as an unexpected opportunity has evolved into a highly successful career in the luxury yachting industry and at Denison Yachting, where she has become a respected leader known for operational excellence, global transaction expertise, and high performance team development.
