Captain Scott Whittaker brings a lifetime of maritime experience, expert technical knowledge, and a deep passion for boating to Denison Yachting's Seattle team. Raised on Puget Sound, Scott's connection to the water began early and has shaped a distinguished career spanning virtually every facet of the marine industry.

As a licensed Captain with global seafaring credentials, Scott has navigated from the icy reaches of Antarctica to the biodiverse islands of Robinson Crusoe, Galapagos and Coco's, as well as the turquoise seas of the Caribbean to the northern reaches of the rugged coasts of Alaska. New England to Greenland still hold a special place in his heart. Scott's broad operational experience includes managing private luxury yachts, overseeing complex vessel maintenance and refurbishment, and directing maritime operations in challenging environments.

In addition to hands on leadership at sea, Scott has served a diverse role across the industry from specialty racing craft and commercial vessels in the oil field to supporting marine operations at a private family island on the rugged Alaska coast. This range of experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of vessel performances, system integration, and the practical realities of boat ownership.
