Where Mayan ruins meet the Caribbean's second-largest reef

Belize is one of Central America's most exciting and still-uncrowded yacht charter destinations, renowned for its turquoise waters, ancient Mayan history, and world-class reef diving. Nestled between thick jungle and the clear Caribbean, this compact nation punches well above its weight, offering everything from remote cayes and mangrove-lined lagoons to the legendary Great Blue Hole.

Every stop along a Belize yacht charter uncovers a different side of the country: first-class fishing and snorkeling around Placencia Lagoon and Wippari Cay, some of the best diving in the Caribbean at South Water Cay within the Belizean Marine Preserve, and wildlife-rich anchorages near Cocoa Plum Cay where coatimundi, spider monkeys, and brocket deer roam ashore. Whether you're drawn to the coral reefs, the birdlife along the Inner Channel, or the country's centuries-old Mayan ruins, Belize rewards travelers willing to venture off the beaten path.

A private yacht is the best way to explore Belize's scattered cayes, protected marine reserves, and secluded anchorages at your own pace. Let Denison's charter specialists build a personalized Belize itinerary around the reefs, wildlife, and hidden corners that matter most to you.
