Description

The Long Island 78 Power is a long-range cruising catamaran built by JFA Yachts and designed by Marc Lombard. It features aluminum hulls and composite deck and superstructures for reduced weight and improved efficiency.

Powered by two 500 hp engines, the yacht cruises at 12 knots and can reach up to 18 knots. Its lightweight construction allows for moderate engine size, reduced fuel consumption, and transatlantic range.

The layout includes a galley, salon, dining area, and chart table in the central nacelle. The port hull contains a large owner’s suite and a guest cabin, while the starboard hull includes three guest cabins. An enclosed wheelhouse is located on the flybridge, with a banquette and desk offering panoramic views.

Exterior spaces include a lounge and sea-water bath on the forward deck, a large cockpit aft, and a flybridge area with seating, dining space, and a small kitchenette. Interior and exterior styling is by Franck Darnet Design, featuring a mix of oak and darker wood tones.
