Antonini Navi Appoints Denison as Exclusive Representative for North America

Antonini Navi has appointed Denison Yachting as its exclusive representative for the United States and Mexico, reinforcing the shipyard's commercial network and supporting the development of its activities across one of the world's most important superyacht markets.

Under the agreement, Denison Yachting will represent Antonini Navi's full-custom projects and selected models currently under development, providing owners, brokers and industry professionals throughout North America with direct access to the shipyard through a dedicated local team.

"We are delighted to welcome Denison Yachting as part of our global commercial network," says Simone Antonini, Founder and CEO of Antonini Navi. "Their reputation, market knowledge and long-standing relationships within the American yachting community make them the ideal partner to support our long-term ambitions. We share the same commitment to professionalism, transparency and client service, and we are confident this collaboration will create new opportunities for both companies."

The partnership comes at a particularly significant stage in Antonini Navi's growth. Earlier this year, the shipyard delivered Seamore 34, its first custom superyacht, while construction continues on several projects currently in build, including Evo 31, scheduled for launch in October. Antonini Navi has also recently secured the sale of the first hull of the XPD95, the latest addition to its explorer yacht portfolio. Based on this momentum, the company is further expanding its international commercial footprint with a stronger focus on the American market.

“We understand that building a brand in another continent requires a clear understanding of yacht owners’ needs and priorities, as well as local market trends. For this reason, having the support of a well-established company such as Denison Yachting is a strategic advantage. Its presence in the region will help us connect more effectively with North American yacht owners and provide them with a local point of contact for after-sales assistance and support. In recent years, we have invested significantly in developing the technical, industrial and organizational capabilities needed to compete in the full-custom segment. We are now entering a new phase of international growth, while maintaining the direct relationship with yacht owners and brokers that has always been central to our approach,” adds Aldo Manna, Co-Founder and Sales Manager of Antonini Navi.

Combining industrial know-how with Italian design excellence, Antonini Navi collaborates with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Fulvio De Simoni, Nauta Yachts, Hot Lab and Hydro Tec. Through its partnership with Denison Yachting, the shipyard will place a particular focus on four projects that best reflect its approach to yacht building: Seamore 34, the first full-custom superyacht delivered by the yard, featuring exterior design by Hydro Tec and interiors by Hot Lab; Evo 31, scheduled for launch shortly and developed around a proven platform with a semi-custom philosophy; Lounge 40, currently under construction and offering owners the opportunity to take over an existing project while retaining extensive customization possibilities and benefiting from a shorter delivery timeline; and XPD95, a 30-metre explorer yacht already sold and approaching keel laying, with naval architecture and engineering by NAMES under the direction of Francesco Rogantin, interiors by Hot Lab and exterior styling by Sculli & Covini.

Together, these projects demonstrate Antonini Navi's ability to address different segments of the market, from full-custom superyachts and semi-custom platforms to long-range explorer yachts, while maintaining a consistent focus on quality, design and owner-centric solutions.

"We're thrilled to represent such a respected shipyard," said Alex G Clarke, broker at Denison Yachting. "Antonini Navi's projects speak for themselves, and we see the U.S. as a market with real potential for the brand going forward. Antonini Navi is a full custom builder with focus on the explorer segment of the market building in steel & aluminum."

With offices across the United States and an established presence in the superyacht sector, Denison Yachting will support Antonini Navi's efforts to expand brand awareness and develop new business opportunities throughout the region.
