Lindsay Way

Lindsay was born and raised in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she grew up immersed in the yachting industry. Her grandfather was one of the first yacht brokers in Fort Lauderdale, and her mother built a lifelong career in yachting. From an early age, Lindsay developed a deep appreciation for boating and spent much of her childhood on the water with her family.

After graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Lindsay continued her education at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.

Throughout her professional career, Lindsay has remained closely connected to the yachting and maritime industries. Her diverse experience includes managing yacht brokerages, assisting in sales and charter, yacht financing, and working onboard as crew. This broad range of experience has given her a unique understanding of the industry from both the business and client perspectives. Lindsay is highly customer-focused and is passionate about providing personalized service and finding the best solutions to meet each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys traveling to new cities, experiencing different cultures, and exploring the world around her. She values spending quality time with family and loved ones, has a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors, and believes in making the most of every day.
