"Store Checks" is a 1994 76' Lazzara Motoryacht. She features 5 staterooms and 6 heads as well as a dedicated office space. As you enter the Salon space through the aft deck you will notice a very comfortable U-shaped sofa to port with storage below accompanied by a custom shaped coffee table. To the Starboard side houses the Salon TV and AV equipment followed by a large sofa with storage below. Moving forward to Port is the custom built formal dinning table and chairs surrounded by an abundance of storage for the yachts (8) seating plate wear and cutlery in addition to an additional set for non-formal dinning. Just above the formal dinning is the custom storage for glass wear. Adjacent to the formal dinning is the yachts wet bar with ice maker below and bottle storage. A spiral staircase leads down to the guest staterooms and master stateroom. Completing the space is a custom Birds-Eye maple privacy door separating the formal dinning from the galley and eat in dinette.
The Galley and Dinette space of "StoreChecks" is a totally reconfigured space that you will not see on other 76 Lazzara's in this class. Customizing the galley to open up the port windows allowed an ambiance of natural light to flow into this space. All new appliances and fixtures are highlighted throughout. Adjacent to the galley is the ships day head and additional pantry storage. Just past the galley you will find the traditional dinette and ships lower helm area, (2) Port and Starboard entry doors allow easy access to the side decks and forward bow area. Moving forward there is access to the ships additional (2) guest/crew staterooms and heads as well as the dedicated office and utility space. To starboard is your flybridge access to the upper helm/flybridge area.
The Lazzara 76 lower helm makes cruising in style effortless and enjoyable. Her updated electronics package and stabilizers make this one of the highlight spaces on this yacht. A lot of attention to detail and technology is the focus of the current owner and it shows in every corner. Her newly configured I.S.I.S. system gives you complete accurate to the second detail of all ships systems, tanks, gauges with a quick glance. The area is surrounded by a panoramic view of glass tinted with V-Kool reducing interior temperatures by no less than 15 degrees and reflecting all harmful UV rays from her well manicured dash. A newly installed Simrad Evo GPS and Auto-pilot make navigating a breeze. All of the ships AC and DC circuit breakers can also be found in this area for ease of access while operating this yacht. A very comfortable bench seat with flip down step is the perfect place to monitor and enjoy your voyage. An additional monitor makes it easy to view the cockpit and engine room through the remote mounted cameras located on the yacht.
The office space on "Store Checks" is positioned in the forward mid-section of the yacht. There is a built in L-shaped desk with (2) slide out storage drawers. Overhead is a book shelf and Sharp flatscreen TV. Located on the forward bulkhead is the sofa with storage below that houses the ships updated catalogue of manuals and binders. The stack washer and dryer is also located in this space. Moving forward is access to the two Crew/Guest Staterooms each with an ensuite head and shower.
In the bow you will find the Forward Crew/Captains quarters on the yacht. The stateroom features a double berth, a hanging locker, and abundance of storage cabinets. In addition to the stateroom is an ensuite head with a full stall style walk in shower. Natural lighting flows in through the large deck hatch overhead. LED lighting has also been added to this room.
Forward to Starboard is the crew/guest stateroom and head. The stateroom features a over under bunk with hanging closet. Updated LED lighting and two port hole windows bring in the natural light. An ensuite head and shower is just forward of the stateroom and features a full walk-in stall style shower and head.
Entering the Port and starboard guest/VIP staterooms is made using the spiral staircase located in the forward section of the salon. The stairway leads to a common companionway for the Master stateroom, Utility closet, and (2) guest suites. To Port is the yachts VIP guest stateroom flooded with natural light through the (2) port hole windows she features a large walk around queen double berth. An ensuite head and shower is located on the forward bulkhead of the stateroom. Loads of storage and a hanging closet make this room your "Home away from home" for your guest. On the Starboard side is the guest stateroom that features (2) single side by side berths with an ensuite head on the forward bulkhead. An additional (2) port hole windows brings in the natural light to remind you that you are truly on vacation.
The Master Stateroom on the Lazzara 76 has to be one of the best in class. A very clean layout with a centerline King size walk around double berth, a walk-in closet to the starboard side and a large master ensuite head to port. The area is flooded with natural light from her (4) Port hole windows located port and starboard. On the starboard side is a make-up vanity, a large credenza with (3) Slide out drawers and a large walk-in closet. On the Port side is a nicely appointed L-shaped sofa with storage below and an additional credenza with matching slide out drawers. Access to the ensuite head and shower is on the port side forward bulkhead.
The flybridge deck of the 76' Lazzara lets you know you are on top of the world! On the aft section you will find (2) Davits port and starboard used to lift and store your 14' Novurania Tender, Paddle boards and Jet ski (Not included). There is a wired remote station as well for ease of docking and maneuvering in tight spaces. Both davits and wired remotes have been completely refurbished. Moving forward you will find her built in Miele electric Barbecue with storage below. Moving inside her fully enclosed air conditioned flybridge you will find a large U-shaped dinette for outdoor entertaining and ample seating for 4-5 guest. An Avanti wine cooler and wet bar are located to port aft area and a large chest freezer adjacent to starboard. At the helm you will find comfort in your climate controlled space and heated Stidd chairs for the northern climates. On the port side is a built in wing station for docking in addition to your centerline helm. At the helm you will find mirrored electronics from your lower helm to include the ISIS system as well. To starboard is your access to the galley/dinette area.
Inviting and spacious the aft deck supplies ample space to host your own private cocktail party or simply enjoy a peaceful evening with the ones closest to you. The deck is covered in a highly manicured natural teak finish. To port and starboard are access to the side decks and forward deck area as well as your port and starboard Marquipt boarding ladder entries. A centerline stair case will lead you to the lower swim platform where you will find access to your tender garage on the starboard side and storage garage on the port side. Engine room access is centerline on the swim platform. There is also a swim ladder integrated into the swim platform for swimming or diving. The aft deck is protected by a large overhang from the upper deck that provides LED lighting and sound. A complementary highly customized set of (4) deck chairs completes the space.
"Store Checks" offers amazing unobstructed access port and starboard from her cockpit to the forward deck. This will prevent the unnecessary need to carry bumpers and lines through the interior like you will find on other yachts in her class. Her decks are protected by molded bulwarks with heavy duty stainless-steel handrail mounted to the top. Courtesy lighting surrounds her her decks both on the sole and overhead. On the bow you will find a well arranged space not only for storage but for a luxurious day sunning on her bow. Port and starboard forward deck offers (2) each storage compartments in addition to (2) large compartments under her bow cushion. Her windlass and anchor chute are found on the bow as well as surround sound speakers for entertainment.
To meet the expectations of the most decreeing buyer a complete refit of the engine room was also completed to include (2) new 21.5KW Onan generators and well as a full engine room paint job. From her polished diamond plated floors to her high gloss metallic engines this engine room demands your attention. She is powered by twin MTU 1050HP 12V183 motors. All of her services are current and maintenance and service records are available upon request. Her running gear was removed 5/2019 and new bronze strut bearings were installed, shaft couplings were checked and trued and engine alignment was performed. The exhaust system was completely serviced by Marine Exhaust Systems in August 2019. All stainless components were replaced with CuNi pipes to increase longevity and update the current system. The air system was completely replaced in March 2020 both AC pump and DC pump. Her onboard water-maker system was completely rebuilt with new membranes and currently shows 140 hours of use. All lighting was upgraded to LED lighting using (6) LED fixtures.
