Description

$100,000 Price Reduction! Seller is motivated and will consider all serious offers.

After a devastating fire in 2006, M/Y LINMAR was purchased by two business partners who set forth on a complete $1.5m restoration.  Aside from new engines, onboard systems, and a full cosmetic overhaul, twenty-five percent of the hull – including planks, frames and stringers from shelf to keel – had to be rebuilt from scratch. The yacht was updated to allow for comfortable cruising and modern day amenities all while preserving the classic by-gone era. Her current owners have enjoyed her for the past 15 years and are ready to move on to other ventures, making M/Y LINMAR available for the Yachtsman looking for a One-Of-A-Kind vessel.

One look at M/Y LINMAR and you are instantly drawn to her timeless beauty. She marries luxury with classic nautical style, boasting a spacious and light interior and beautiful woodwork throughout. Her aft deck provides the perfect space for dining and seating, all while enjoying gorgeous panoramic views. For formal dining, M/Y LINMAR offers a more private area forward, perfect for intimate gatherings all while being surrounded by stunning vistas. The views carry on into the well appointed salon, an ideal place to relax or entertain. The classic interior continues in the four spacious staterooms, offering comfortable accommodations for eight guests, including a luxurious yet simple master suite.
