Sea N Sea Yacht | 100' Ocean Alexander 2016

Introducing the stunning 2016 Ocean Alexander 100 Skylounge Megayacht, a remarkable vessel that combines luxury, performance, and exceptional ownership history.

Purchased new and owned by the same owner since delivery, this Ocean Alexander has been meticulously maintained throughout her ownership, with extensive maintenance and service records dating back to the beginning. The yacht has been carefully managed with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance and proper upkeep, providing prospective buyers with valuable documentation and insight into her history.

At 100 feet in overall length, this motor yacht is constructed from durable fiberglass and features a semi-displacement hull designed to provide a smooth, stable, and comfortable ride. She is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines, producing 1,925 horsepower each, with a cruising speed of 16 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots.

Her propulsion system features straight shafts, providing a proven and robust configuration for reliable cruising and efficient power delivery. For enhanced comfort underway and at anchor, she is equipped with zero-speed stabilizers, helping minimize roll and providing a more comfortable experience for owners and guests.

Electrical power is supplied by twin 40 kW Kohler generators, providing ample capacity to support the yacht's extensive onboard systems, air conditioning, entertainment, and guest accommodations.

The yacht is also equipped with a FLIR thermal-imaging system, providing enhanced visibility in darkness and reduced-visibility conditions and adding an additional layer of capability for nighttime navigation and situational awareness.

A Yacht Controller provides convenient wireless control of the yacht's maneuvering functions, offering additional precision and ease of handling during docking and close-quarters operations.

With a reported range of 1,700 nautical miles, she offers the capability to undertake extended cruising while maintaining the comfort expected of a yacht of this caliber. The interior provides generous accommodation with eight cabins, offering privacy and comfort for owners and guests. An electric windlass adds further convenience to anchoring operations.

The combination of single-owner history, meticulous maintenance, extensive records from the beginning, twin generators, zero-speed stabilizers, straight-shaft propulsion, Yacht Controller, and FLIR thermal imaging makes this Ocean Alexander 100 Skylounge a particularly well-equipped and well-documented example.

For buyers seeking a 100-foot motor yacht with a strong ownership history, comprehensive maintenance documentation, and an impressive range of equipment and systems, this vessel deserves serious consideration.
