28 Chaparral 2022 Boat for Sale

28' Chaparral 2022

2022 Chaparral 280 OSX | Twin Yamaha 200s | 75 Hours

A turnkey 2022 Chaparral 280 OSX set up for all-day cruising, easy boarding, and entertaining under a solid hardtop. Twin Yamaha 200 outboards with only 75 hours give you the power and range of a larger boat without the hours or the upkeep of an older inboard. Outboard power, plentiful seating, and a full weather enclosure make this the day boat you can actually use from spring through fall.

The molded fiberglass hardtop includes built-in lighting and a glass skylight with manual sunshades. A full custom canvas and isinglass enclosure closes the cockpit when the weather turns, so the boat stays comfortable in sun, wind, or a passing shower. Dual helm seats pivot aft to open the cockpit for socializing once you are on the hook.

The bow is a true lounge: flip-down armrests and a flip-out filler cushion. A Vista View sun lounge that converts to rear-facing seats. Aft, rear-facing seating faces the swim platform, which is finished in synthetic teak and fitted with a freshwater shower. A starboard dive door makes boarding from the dock or the water straightforward. An electric Lewmar windlass, with controls at both the bow and the helm, plus a second-anchor pole insert, covers overnight or lunch-hook anchoring.

At the helm, dual Simrad 7-inch multi-touch displays and Lenco trim tabs keep the boat easy to run. A Clarion Bluetooth stereo, SiriusXM-ready, feeds six JL Audio speakers in the bow and cockpit, with remotes at the helm and the swim platform. LED arch lights, underwater lights, and docking lights finish the night running. Below, a large head compartment with a pull-out electric head, plus generous bilge storage, gives the boat more practicality than a typical bowrider.
