The hull sides and boxes in the deck are foam filled and sprayed with vinyl ester barrier coat to prevent osmotic blistering. Sea Pro has an individual, one-piece finished and gel-coated stringer system for each model. The stringer system is attached to the hull with Methacrylate for a strong chemical bond. All stringer systems are also completed gel coated to prevent mold.
